ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE Citizens may address the Committee on agenda items by responding to Chair’s call for speakers during discussion on each item. All comments must be relevant to the item. The Chair or presiding officer may in his or her discretion prohibit a person from addressing the Committee and/or remove that person from the Council Chambers, if that person commits any disorderly or disruptive behavior. Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: speaking without being recognized by the Chair or presiding officer; continuing to speak after notice that the speaker’s allotted time has expired; presenting comments or material not relevant to the item under discussion; failing to comply with the lawful instructions of the Chair or presiding officer; engaging in other conduct, activity or speech that delays, pursuant to 21 O.S. §280, disruptive conduct includes any conduct that is “violent, threatening, abusive, obscene, or that jeopardizes the safety of self or others”. Consideration and possible action on an application by Randy Marks, City of Oklahoma City Planning Department – Arts for David Todd, City of Oklahoma City MAPS, to: 1. Revise to install sculpture, Taking F(light), by Studio KCA. VI. Case for Individual Consideration A. DTCA­21­00107 at 1300 Classen Dr (DTD­1). Consideration and possible action on an application by Kenneth Aunchman, AIA, Preservation and Design Studio, PLLC for Jarrod Rogers, Villa Teresa Opportunity Zone Investments, LP, to: 1. Demolition: a. Remove patio deck, walks and steps at front of house; b. On the east side of the house, remove the east retaining wall, the east portion of the south retaining wall, and the south steps; c. Remove swimming pool, pool deck, diving board, and metal canopy; d. Remove asphalt parking lot, curb cut and driveway apron; e. Remove fencing; f. Remove street trees; 2. Main Building: a. Construct patio, in front of the house with ADA accessible walkways; b. Construct ramp and new retaining walls; c. Reconstruct east, south, and northwest brick steps; d. Remove vinyl windows and replace with aluminum­clad wood windows; e.
