ADDRESSING THE COMMISSION Citizens may address the Commission on agenda items by responding to Chair’s call for speakers during discussion on each item. All comments must be relevant to the item. The Chair or presiding officer may in his or her discretion prohibit a person from addressing the Commission and/or remove that person from the Council Chambers, if that person commits any disorderly or disruptive behavior. Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: speaking without being recognized by the Chair or presiding officer; continuing to speak after notice that the speaker’s allotted time has expired; presenting comments or material not relevant to the item under discussion; failing to comply with the lawful instructions of the Chair or presiding officer; engaging in other conduct, activity or speech that delays, pursuant to 21 O.S. §280, disruptive conduct includes any conduct that is “violent, threatening, abusive, obscene, or that jeopardizes the safety of self or others”. DTCA­25­00001 at 321 NW 8th Street (DBD). Application by Matthew Sebacher, Tamashii LLC dba Tamashii Ramen House, for Brendon Bartsch, Oklahoma Real Estate LP, to: 1. Remove doors on south facade and infill opening; 2. Add door opening on east facade and install door; 3. Construct addition; 4. Construct parapet on existing building; 5. Application by Daniel Douthit, Rowlock Studio, for Sarah Stewart, The Academy of Classical Christian Studies, to: 1) Install three new rooftop HVAC units; 2) Install new electrical switch gear on roof; 3) Remove/install downspouts; 4) Paint brick (previously painted); 5) Install prefinished sheet metal coping; 6) Install guardrail on roof and paint it; 7) Install hollow metal door and frame, and paint them; 8) Paint electrical conduit to match brick; and 9) Install attached wall lighting. 6.
