Application by Ben DeCuyper, Butzer Architects and Urbanism, for Kari Watkins, Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum, to: 1. Demolition: a. Demolish portions of awning on west and south façades; b. Demolish 5 windows on the 2nd floor and infill with masonry; c. Demolish portion of concrete low wall; d.
