IV. Resolution of the Downtown/MAPS Tax Increment Review Committee recommending
approval of an allocation not to exceed a total of $975,000; with $325,000 of that total
amount allocated from Increment District No. 2’s Hotels/Commercial Developments Budget
Category to pay the developer seventyfive percent (75%) of the actual ad valorem taxes paid
each year by developer after a certificate of occupancy is issued and through the remaining life

Category to pay the developer seventyfive percent (75%) of the actual ad valorem taxes paid
each year by developer after a certificate of occupancy is issued and through the remaining life
of Increment District No. 2 up to a maximum of $325,000; and $650,000 of that total amount
allocated from Increment District No. 8’s Other Economic Developments Budget Category for
Assistance in Development Financing to close a gap in financing costs for the Public Strategies
relocation project; with all of said funds being used specifically for qualified infrastructure
improvements and utility upgrade costs because the project meets the objectives of the
Amended and Restated Downtown/MAPS Economic Development Project Plan dated
September 14, 2021, and there is adequate funding available.
