Receive list of potential committee members provided by the Chairman and select one to be recommended to City Council for appointment to the Committee. B. Resolution of the Downtown/MAPS Tax Increment District Review Committee recommending approval of an allocation not to exceed $200,000,000 in ad valorem tax increment and $5,500,000 in sales and use tax increment, both from Tax Increment District No. C, City of Oklahoma City, from the Assistance in Development Financing budget categories of the Amended and Restated Downtown/MAPS Economic Development Project Plan 2023 (“Project Plan”), with said allocation to include the addition of possible state matching funds pursuant to the Oklahoma Local Development and Enterprise Zone Incentive Leverage Act (“Leverage Act”), in support of the Boardwalk Project, which includes a residential complex with approximately 900 units, a public parking garage and an estimated 59,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, to be located in Bricktown with a total capital investment from the developer of approximately $550,000,000.
