change is posted. To confirm meeting dates, call (405) 297-3882.
It is the policy of The City of Oklahoma City to ensure that communications with participants
and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others.
Anyone with a disability who requires an accommodation, a modification of policies or
procedures, or an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this meeting should call (405) 297-
3882 at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends or holidays). The Game and Fish

before the meeting (excluding weekends or holidays).
Addressing the Game and Fish Commission
Citizens may address the Game and Fish Commission during public hearings on any agenda item
or at the end of the meeting when the Chairman asks for citizen comments. If you wish to
address the Game and Fish Commission, you may call (405) 297-3882 and provide your name
and the topic of your remarks, or you may ask to speak at the meeting. Citizens who address the
Game and Fish Commission will be asked to provide their name and address, as well as the
agenda item number and their reason for appearing. All comments must be relevant to the item.
The presiding officer may prohibit a person from addressing the Game and Fish Commission, or
have them removed from the meeting location, if that person commits disorderly or disruptive
behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, speaking without being recognized by
the presiding officer; continuing to speak after notice that the allotted time has expired;
presenting comments or material not relevant to the item under discussion; failing to comply
with lawful instructions of the presiding officer; or engaging in other conduct, activity, or speech
that delays, disturbs, or interferes with the effective or timely conduct of the meeting or is
otherwise violent, threatening, abusive, obscene, or jeopardizes the safety of self or others. A
person may also be subject to arrest and removal from the meeting location for violating the
Oklahoma City Municipal Code, 2020, § 30-81 – Disorderly Conduct and/or violating the
Oklahoma Statutes, Title 21, § 280 - Willfully Disturbing, Interfering with, or Disrupting State
Business, Agency Operations, or Employees.
Citizens may not address the Game and Fish Commission under “Items from the Chairman,”
“Items from Commissioners,” or “Items from Staff” (except for items listed for a vote or if asked
for comments by a Commissioner). Citizens may address the Game and Fish Commission on
individual concerns, including on the listed exceptions, under “Public Comments.” However,
“Public Comments” is not a forum for publicly announced or declared candidates for City office,
and such persons will not be allowed to speak under “Public Comments.” No person will
be allowed to campaign on any political issue during the Game and Fish Commission meeting.
Comments must concern City services or policies. Please fill out a “Request to be Heard” form,
as provided by staff, and PLEASE LIMIT YOUR COMMENTS TO THREE MINUTES.
Continuing to speak beyond the time allowed by the presiding officer will constitute grounds for
removal from the meeting location.
