Hudson Avenue, Suite 101 Oklahoma City, OK The following agenda items may include actions, approvals, disapprovals, and voting as desired by the Trust’s Trustees: 822 Call to Order. 823 Consider and Approve Minutes for the Trust Meeting held Friday, August 16, 2024. 824 Consider and Receive Financial Statements for the Trust for periods ending December 31, 2024 and March 31, 2025. 825 Consider and Receive Financial Statements and Report of Independent Certified Public Accounts, Oklahoma City Industrial & Cultural Facilities Trust, Oklahoma County – June 30, 2024, prepared by HSPG & Associates, P.C. 826 Approval of engagement of HSPG & Associates, P.C. for independent audit of the Trust for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2025 (“Audit”) with a fee for services of $17,500, and in furtherance thereof, authorizing the Chair (or in the absence of the Chair, a Vice-Chair) and General Manager, or any one of them (“Officers”), to execute an Engagement Letter for and on behalf of the Trust; and, as determined necessary by the Officers, authorizing the Officers to engage another firm for the Audit and to execute an Engagement Letter in furtherance thereof for and on behalf of the Trust. 827 Resolution electing and appointing Officers of the Trust and authorizing its officers to act for and on behalf of the Trust. 828 Consider and Receive the Trust’s 2025-2026 Budget. 829 Report of General Manager and General Counsel. 830 Adjournment. 1 5.5.25-5.1
