The City of OKLAHOMA CITY Judiciary Committee AMENDED Special Meeting Agenda January 04, 2022 4:00 pm 3:00 p.m. City Council Executive Conference Room 200 N. Walker, 3rd Floor Judiciary Committee Members David Greenwell, Ward 5 JoBeth Hamon, Ward 6 Nikki Nice, Ward 7 Mark Stonecipher, Ward 8 The following safety guidelines are in place during the COVID­19 pandemic for meetings of the Judiciary Committee in City Hall: face coverings are recommended throughout the building; only the south entrance to City Hall will be open; hand sanitizer machines will be available; seating for up to 12 people (including Committee members and staff) will be available in the City Council Executive Conference Room. It is the policy of The City of Oklahoma City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Anyone with a disability who requires an accommodation, a modification of policies or procedures, or an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this meeting should call (405) 297­2673 or TDD (405) 297­1710 at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends or holidays). When more information is needed to act on an item, the Committee may refer the matter to staff or the Deputy Municipal Counselor. The Committee may also refer items to standing committees of the Council or to a board or commission for additional study. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the salaries of the Presiding Judge, Vice­ Presiding Judge and the Municipal Judges and an effective date; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2020 Supp.) 307(B)(1) to commission for additional study. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely.
