Discussion and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Philippa James as Municipal Judge for a two year term beginning July 1, 2023. and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2022 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Municipal Judge Philippa James. IV. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Edward Hasbrook as Municipal Judge for a two year term beginning July 1, 2023; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2022 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Municipal Judge Edward Hasbrook. V. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the designation of a Municipal Judge as Presiding Judge for a two year term beginning July 1, 2023;  commission for additional study.
