Kiffin as a Municipal Judge a two year term beginning July 1, 2024; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2022 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Donald O. Kiffin as a Municipal Judge. IV. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the appointment of Kendal H. Tawwater as a Municipal Judge a two year term beginning July 1, 2024; and/or Enter into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. (2022 Supp.) §307(B)(1) to discuss the employment and appointment of Kendal H. Tawwater as a Municipal Judge. V. Discuss and/or recommend to Council the designation of a Municipal Judge as Vice­ Presiding Judge for a one year term beginning July 1, 2024;  circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely.
