Comments shall be limited to three (3) minutes and citizens must sign in at Rochelle Alexander least five (5) minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Citizens that Cal Bryant are not committee members are not permitted to participate in regular Linda Bryant meeting discussion. By signing up for comments, you acknowledge the Vera Cheek commenting procedures of the committee. This is for organizations that are either City, County, or State, or Federal agencies. The permanent organizations will be removed from the regular rolls. This class will then be able to send a representative of their organization to the meeting should the appointed member not be available.
