Comments shall be limited to Adam Lane – Vice-Chair three (3) minutes, and citizens must sign in at least five (5) Dana Tallon – Secretary Scott Ellis – Treasurer minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Citizens Vacant – who are not committee members are not permitted to Parliamentarian participate in the regular meeting discussion. By signing up for comments, you acknowledge the commenting procedures of the committee.
