The appeal of Mason Schwartz (Attorney representing “The Oak” development) from a decision of the Code Official for noncompliance with Chapter 3, Section 306.1 of the International Mechanical Code 2015, as adopted by Oklahoma City pertaining to the requirement for access to service V-Tac units at 5101 NORTH PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE.
