It is the policy of the City to ensure that communications with participants and members of the public with disabilities are as effective as communications with others. Official action can be taken only on items which appear on the agenda. Staff recommendations do not limit or define the potential actions of the Prequalification Review Board. The Prequalification Review Board may grant approval with or without conditions, remove conditions, deny, defer, strike, amend, refer to staff, include limitations, suspend, revoke, or reinstate prequalification applications. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Prequalification Review Board may defer the matter to a future meeting.
