ADDRESSING THE COMMITTEE Citizens may address the Committee on agenda items by responding to Chair’s call for speakers during discussion on each item. All comments must be relevant to the item. The Chair or presiding officer may in his or her discretion prohibit a person from addressing the Committee and/or remove that person from the meeting if that person commits any disorderly or disruptive behavior. Disorderly conduct includes, but is not limited to, any of the following: speaking without being recognized by the Chair or presiding officer; continuing to speak after notice that the speaker’s allotted time has expired; presenting comments or material not relevant to the item under discussion; failing to comply with the lawful instructions of the Chair or presiding officer; engaging in other conduct, activity or speech that delays, pursuant to 21 O.S. §280, disruptive conduct includes any conduct that is “violent, threatening, abusive, obscene, or that jeopardizes the safety of self or others”. A person may also be subject to arrest and removal from the meeting for violation of Oklahoma City Municipal Code 2020, §30­81­ Disorderly conduct and/or violation of Okla. Stat. tit. 21, §280 – Willfully Disturbing, Interfering With or Disrupting State Business, Agency Operations or Employees. Please limit your comments to three minutes. SYCA­23­00004 at 1934 Exchange Avenue (SYT) Application by Patrick Schoenfeldt, Studio Architecture, P.C. for Jim Lewellyn, City of Oklahoma City Public Works Department to: 1) Remove existing chain link fence; 2) Construct new metal building clad in brick with a metal roof; 3) Construct parking stalls at the rear of the building; 4) Install one attached wall sign at the north elevation; 5a) Install landscaping; 5b) Construct new driveway connection to Exchange Ave; 5c) Construct new driveway connection to the alley; 6a) Construct masonry equipment screen wall at the rear of the building; and 6b) Construct stockade fence trash enclosure at the rear of the existing fire station. SPUD­1561 at 1101 S Youngs Boulevard (STY) Provide a recommendation to the Planning Commission for a request to rezone from R­4 General Residential District, I­1 Light Industrial District, and Stockyards City Transitional Development District to Simplified Planned Unit Development (SPUD­1561) that will develop in accordance with a modified R­4 General Residential District. SYCA­21­00003(R1) at 1919 Exchange Avenue (SYT) Application by Chris Butler, Cowboy Land Development to: 1) Revise the building replacing the Quonset hut structure to include an 18 foot wide overhead door at the east elevation. 2. SYCA­23­00003 at 2125 Exchange Avenue (SYT) Application by Robert Morris, J&B Graphics for Mark Walters, Capital Baptist Association Incorporated to: 1) Install new sign face in existing cabinet for the freestanding sign; and 2) Install required landscaping for the freestanding sign.
