CALL TO ORDER - 7:00 PM 2. ROLL CALL 3. APPROVAL OF WEDNESDAY June 17th, 2026 MINUTES AS EMAILED 4. FINANCIAL REPORT FROM LETICIA ESPINOSA 5. ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS Public Comments: Members of the public wishing to address the Commission on any item(s) not on the agenda may do so at this time when recognized by the Chairperson. However, no formal action or discussion will be taken unless placed on a future agenda. The public is advised to limit discussion to one presentation per individual. While not required, please state name, place of residence for the record. (Public Comments will be limited to three minutes). 6. COMMISSIONER REPORTS A. Report from Arts Commissioner Rae Turnbull on July 3rd Artists Reception. B. Report from the Ad Hoc committee. C. Report from Arts Commissioner Paddy Turnbull on a payment of $100 by Chris and Oscar Redes that covers our portion of a shared trash/garbage service. That payment is recorded as their donation toward the Arts Commission. D. Report and update from Arts Commissioner Jim Scribner on the donation drive. 7. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION OR ACTION A. Discussion and Action on applications received for the completion of the term vacated by the resignation of Arts Commissioner Mary Rose Kennedy. The term ends Dec. 31st 2026. B. Discussion and Action on determining the date of the next meeting. 8. MEMBER REPORTS Commissioners may propose items to be considered for future agendas.
