Paul, Laura Murphy, Dave Shalabi Edward Schussler and Patrick Zomparelli Short Agenda Council Boiler Plan Commission Meeting Agenda July 10, 2018 CALLED TO ORDER/ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Paul Aubin at 7:00pm APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Commissioner Paul Aubin, seconded by Commissioner Shalabi, that this matter be approved. 2018-0086 Minutes of the July 10, 2018 Plan Commission Meeting PUBLIC HEARINGS 2018-0395 Olde Mill Lot Consolidation (Nolan) - Lots 49 and 50 2018-0395 Olde Mill Lot Consolidation (Nolan) Lots 49 & 50 Presentation by King (00:08 – 00:14) Commissioners and Nolan discussed the consolidation of the lots. Commissioners enquired about the reason behind the consolidation versus a variance. King explained that they are following the same protocol for consolidating lots for the purpose of allowing accessory structures of any kind. All agreed to continue the petition; Nolan hoped to be able to do a variance instead. NON-PUBLIC HEARINGS OTHER BUSINESS 2018-0010 Memo: New Petitions & Appearance Review NON-SCHEDULED CITIZENS & VISITORS Ray Auld of St. Michaels Church spoke about his hope to have electronic signs added into the new sign code (2018-0229 LDC Amendment: Sign Code). The commissioners informed him that is was too late at this point for the Plan Commission to make any changes and encouraged him to attend the Board meeting when that issue will be discussed again.
