CITY OF PASSAIC ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 009-26 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 024-25 TO UPDATE THE VIRTUAL MEETING INFORMATION FOR THE REMAINING REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL BOARD FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 WHEREAS, the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the City of Passaic adopted Resolution No. 024-25 establishing the regular meeting schedule for Calendar Year 2026; and WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to amend Resolution No. 024-25 to update the virtual meeting information for the remaining regular meetings of Calendar Year 2026. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board of the City of Passaic as follows: BE IT RESOLVED that the remaining regular meetings of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board for Calendar Year 2026 shall be held at 4:15 p.m. on the following dates: September 17, 2026 October 15, 2026 November 19, 2026 December 17, 2026 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all remaining regular meetings shall be held virtually via Zoom. Members of the public may access the meetings by visiting the City of Passaic website at www.cityofpassaic.com and navigating to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board page for meeting agendas and the Zoom link, or by using the following meeting information: Meeting ID: 827 1829 7121 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that formal action may be taken by the Board at any meeting designated above and that executive (closed) sessions may be conducted as permitted by law. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other provisions of Resolution No. 024-25 not specifically amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
