City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee of the Whole of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2020, at 10:00 AM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil.com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following items: 200132 Resolution appointing Gosia Primavera to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. 200133 Resolution appointing Valerie Lyons to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. 200134 Resolution appointing Kathryn Bittner to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. 200135 Resolution appointing Jonathan Dubrow to the Board of Directors for the Old City Special Services District. 200271 Resolution appointing Jack Soloff to the Board of Directors of the Center City District. 200272 Resolution reappointing Randall Scott to the Board of Directors of the Center City District. 200546 Resolution authorizing City Council’s Committee of the Whole to hold all hearings required pursuant to Bill No. 200364-A, which established a requirement that the Council hold hearings in connection with anticipated collective bargaining agreements between the City and Police Employees in the Philadelphia Police Department represented by the Fraternal Order of Police. 200567 Resolution appointing Angela Val to the Board of Directors of the Center City District. They will be given additional instructions by the Committee Chair once they are connected. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee of the Whole, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
