City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Appropriations of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 1:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190314 An Ordinance authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2019 from the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, the Grants Revenue Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, and the Special Gasoline Tax Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Appropriations, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
