City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Appropriations of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, May 21, 2021, at 10:00 AM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil.com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following item: 210328 An Ordinance authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2021 from the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, the Grants Revenue Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, and the Community Development Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, to the General Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions, and the Community Development Fund, certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions.
