City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Finance of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, April 5, 2019, at 2:00 PM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190186 An Ordinance amending Chapter 19-500 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Taxes and Rents - General,” by providing for a temporary tax amnesty program under which delinquent taxpayers may satisfy their past due tax obligations with forgiveness of all or a portion of accrued interest and penalties, under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Finance, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
