City of Philadelphia Recessed Hearing Notice The Committee on Law and Government of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, and recessed the public hearing until Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM. This public hearing will be held in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams to hear further testimony on the legislative item listed below and it may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil.com/watch city council/ 210295 Resolution authorizing the Committee on Law & Government to hold hearings examining the decision to permanently move sheriff sales online, and further to explore the ramifications of and any unintended consequences that may arise from this decision. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Law and Government, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
