City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Public Health and Human Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 2, 2019, at 9:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190864 An Ordinance amending Title 6 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Health Code,” by amending Chapter 6-200, entitled “Preventive Medicine,” to require the reporting of information related to substance use treatment, drug overdose treatment, and related information, to the Department of Public Health, all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Public Health and Human Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
