City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Public Property and Public Works of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190436 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to grant to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, a temporary construction easement on a portion of the parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by Girard Avenue, North 34th Street and Zoological Drive, commonly known as 3400 West Girard Avenue. 190892 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development all or a portion of certain parcels of land in and about the area bounded by University Avenue, Civic Center Boulevard, Hamilton Street and 34th Street, for further conveyance; and authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into a lease agreement to lease back a portion of the property to the City; all under certain terms and conditions. 190896 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, to convey to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority all or a portion of a parcel or parcels of land in and about the area bounded by South 50th Street, Pentridge Street, South 51st Street and Willows Avenue, for further conveyance, under certain terms and conditions. 190937 An Ordinance officially naming and designating the Cobbs Creek Community Environmental Education Center located at 700 Cobbs Creek Parkway, in the City of Philadelphia as “Carole Williams-Green Community Environmental Education Center.” 190940 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to convey to the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development all or a portion of a parcel of land situated at 2401 Chestnut Street, for further conveyance, and authorizing the plotting upon City Plan No. 307 a right-of-way for sewer, drainage and bridge purposes, all under certain terms and conditions. 190942 An Ordinance authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to enter into an amendment to a lease agreement with St. Agnes MOB, LLC, for use by the City of all or a portion of the premises located at 1930 South Broad Street, under certain terms and conditions.
