City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 180515 An Ordinance amending Section 14-303 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Common Procedures and Requirements," to amend requirements regarding Neighborhood Notice and Meetings, all under certain terms and conditions. 180973 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by 15th Street, Carpenter Street, Grays Ferry Avenue, 34th Street, the Schuylkill Expressway, 28th Street, Porter Street, Dover Street, Passyunk Avenue, and Wolf Street. As well as amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by creating an overlay district entitled "/PGO, Point Breeze and Grays Ferry Overlay," all under certain terms and conditions. 181064 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled "Overlay Zoning Districts," by amending the "/CDO, Central Delaware Riverfront Overlay District," to revise provisions relating to river access streets; all under certain terms and conditions. 190001 An Ordinance to amend the Master Plan for Drexel University and to approve the proposed addition to 101 N. 34th Street. 190016 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Stenton Avenue, Chelten Avenue, Broad Street, Windrim Avenue, Belfield Avenue, and Wister Street. 190058 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Berks Street, Memphis Street, Wilt Street, and Tulip Street. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Rules, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
