City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Rules of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, at 9:30 AM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote hearing may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil.com/watch-city-council/, to hear testimony on the following items: 200516 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” by creating an overlay district entitled “/WYN, Wynnefield Overlay District,” to include certain areas of land within the area bounded by City Avenue, Bryn Mawr Avenue, Parkside Avenue, 53rd Street, Jefferson Street, Upland Way, and Drexel Road, under certain terms and conditions. 200571 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Diamond Street, 11th Street, Norris Street, and Marvine Street. 200576 An Ordinance amending Section 14-513 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “/NCO, Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District,” by revising and clarifying certain provisions, and making related changes, all under certain terms and conditions. 200577 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” to revise certain provisions of Chapter 14-200, entitled “Definitions” and Chapter 14-500, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by amending the provisions of the /WWO Wissahickon Watershed Overlay; all under certain terms and conditions. 200592 An Ordinance amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within the area bounded by Wissahickon Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, Fox Street, and Roberts Avenue. 200594 An Ordinance amending Chapter 14-500 of the Philadelphia Zoning Code, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by creating a new subsection, entitled “Multi-Modal Logistics Center Overlay District,” all under certain terms and conditions. 200601 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” by amending certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by creating the “/HVO, Haverford Village Overlay District”; and amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Wallace Street, 36th Street, Mount Vernon Street, and 37th Street. City of Philadelphia -1-  City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice Committee on Rules Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 9:30 AM 200602 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning,” by amending certain provisions of Chapter 14-500, entitled “Overlay Zoning Districts,” by creating the “/TSO, 30th Street Overlay District”; by revising certain provisions of Section 14-702, entitled “Floor Area, Height, and Housing Unit Density Bonuses”; and amending the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by Chestnut Street, 30th Street, Walnut Street, and 31st Lower Level Street. 200604 An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designation of certain areas of the land located within an area bounded by Byberry Road, Woodhaven Road, the Poquessing Creek, and adjacent land south of Franklin Mills Circle. 200613 An Ordinance amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Zoning and Planning” by creating a new Strawberry Mansion /NCO bounded by Lehigh Avenue, 29th Street, Sedgley Avenue, Montgomery Avenue, Conrail Right-Of-Way, Oxford Street, and 33rd Street, under certain terms and conditions. 200654 An Ordinance authorizing the Procurement Commissioner to enter into agreements to purchase electricity, natural gas and motor fuel for use by the City in City facilities and vehicles, including agreements that obligate payment for delivery of such energy supplies in future fiscal years, all under certain terms and conditions.
