City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Committee on Streets and Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190061 An Ordinance authorizing Timothy Lidiak, d/b/a The Thirsty Soul, to install, own and maintain an open air sidewalk café at 1551 West Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145, all under certain terms and conditions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Streets and Services, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
