The Committee on Streets and Services of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing
on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM, in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams. This remote

210478 An Ordinance establishing a parking regulation in the vicinity of: Frazier street and

210800 An Ordinance amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Parking
Regulations and Penalties,” to add a new section entitled “Parking for Qualified School
Employees,” to provide parking for certain school employees at certain locations; all
under certain terms and conditions.
210801 An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 170002) approved May
22, 2017, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a
portion of City Plan No. 269 by relocating the easterly houseline of University Avenue,
from a point approximately five-hundred forty-five feet north of Curie Boulevard to a
point approximately two-hundred thirty-six feet further northwardly therefrom, a
variable distance eastwardly, thereby widening said University Avenue, under certain
terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City, without cost and free and
clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of the said widened portion of University
Avenue,” by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated
therein.
210804 An Ordinance establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Mentor street and
Windrim avenue; Pelham road and Mower street.
210805 An Ordinance establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Sulis street and N. 2nd
street; Ashdale street and N. 4th street; Rittenhouse street to Wissahickon street.

210806 An Ordinance establishing parking regulations in the vicinity of: Tioga street and N.
15th street.
210828 An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 170086) approved May
22, 2017, entitled “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a
portion of City Plan No. 269 by relocating portions of the houselines and curblines of
Convention Avenue, from Thirty-Fourth Street to Health Sciences Drive, and placing
on the City Plan two rights-of-way for drainage purposes within the vicinity of the
intersection of Convention Avenue and Health Sciences Drive and authorizing
acceptance of the grant to the City of the said rights-of-way for drainage purposes, all
under certain terms and conditions, including the dedication to the City of the beds of
the areas proposed to be placed on City Plan as portions of Convention Avenue,” by
extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein.
210927 An Ordinance amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled
“Designation of Bicycle Lanes,” to authorize a bicycle lane, in the eastbound direction,
on Chestnut street from South 63rd street to South 45th street; and to remove a travel
lane on Chestnut street within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.
210955 An Ordinance establishing a no truck parking regulation on both sides of N. Daggett
Street from Callowhill Street to Vine Street.
211019 An Ordinance establishing no truck or trailer parking regulations on N. 60th street
between W. Oxford street and Clifford terrace, both sides; N. 61st street between W.
Oxford street and Clifford terrace, both sides; and W. Columbia avenue between N.
60th street and N. 61st street, both sides.
220045 An Ordinance establishing a no truck parking regulation on both sides of Overbrook
Avenue from 64th Street to 66th Street.
220053 An Ordinance establishing a no truck parking regulation on Horning Road from
Roosevelt Boulevard to its terminus further northwestwardly therefrom.
220111 An Ordinance amending Section 9-215 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled
“Streeteries,” to revise and add additional permitted locations, all under certain terms
and conditions.
220118 An Ordinance authorizing an encroachment upon East Passyunk Avenue and Moore
Street in the vicinity of 1801 East Passyunk Avenue Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148,
under certain terms and conditions.

Philadelphia, PA 19125, under certain terms and conditions.
220143 An Ordinance amending Section 9-215 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled
“Streeteries,” to add additional permitted locations, all under certain terms and
conditions.
220144 An Ordinance amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203
relating to Street Vendors, by prohibiting street vending on certain portions of Market
Street; all under certain terms and conditions.
220145 An Ordinance amending Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled
“Designation of Bicycle Lanes,” to authorize a bicycle lane on West Market Street
from 34th street to 30th street; and making associated changes to parking regulations
within the same limits; all under certain terms and conditions.

public hearing and invited to the remote hearing. They will be given additional instructions by the Committee
Chair once they are connected.
Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Committee on Streets and Services, open to the
public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
