City of Philadelphia Public Hearing Notice The Joint Committees on The Environment and Legislative Oversight of the Council of the City of Philadelphia will hold a Public Hearing on Friday, November 22, 2019, at 10:00 AM, in Room 400, City Hall, City Hall, to hear testimony on the following items: 190676 Resolution authorizing the Committees on Environment and Legislative Oversight to hold joint hearings to assess options for the future of the refinery complex owned by Philadelphia Energy Solutions. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Joint Committees on The Environment and Legislative Oversight, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
