City of Philadelphia Recessed Hearing Notice The Joint Special Committee on Gun Violence Prevention & Committee on Children and Youth of the Council of the City of Philadelphia held a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, and recessed the public hearing until Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 1:00 PM. This public hearing will be held in a remote manner using Microsoft® Teams to hear further testimony on the legislative item listed below and it may be viewed on Xfinity Channel 64, Fios Channel 40 or http://phlcouncil.com/watch city council/ 200524 Resolution authorizing the Committees on Gun Violence Prevention and Children and Youth to conduct joint hearings to examine the need for universal access to trauma counseling for Philadelphia’s youth. Immediately following the public hearing, a meeting of the Joint Special Committee on Gun Violence Prevention & Committee on Children and Youth, open to the public, will be held to consider the action to be taken on the above listed items.
