ADJOURNMENT In reviewing and responding to any agenda item, the Planning Commission may, in whole or in part, adopt, approve, conditionally approve, ratify, deny, defer, amend, strike or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Planning Commission may refer the matter to the Community Development Director, to the City Manager, to the City Attorney, or to a board or commission for additional study. Items may be deferred or continued indefinitely or to a specific date or stricken from the agenda entirely. The Planning Commissioners request that all cell phones and pagers be turned off or set to vibrate. Members of 1 the audience are requested to step outside the Council Chambers to conduct a phone conversation. The Piedmont City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
