First Vehicle will furnish all work and services needed to manage and maintain the
City's Vehicle Fleet." to increase the amount of funds available for unanticipated
emergency repairs of City of Pittsburgh fleet vehicles by First Vehicle Services during
the Fourth and Fifth Operational Years (2014 and 2015) of the current contract
between the City and First Vehicle Services.

2014-1122 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Chapter
902.01.D, by adding SP-11, Lower Hill; Article IV, Chapter 909.01, SP, Specially
Planned District by creating a new district to be identified as "SP-11 Lower Hill Planned
Development District" including rules and regulations, and modifications to requirements
of all SP districts; Article IV, 914.04 by adding the SP-11 District to the table of Parking
Exempt Areas; Article VII, Chapter 922, to eliminate the minimum size requirement for
Final Land Development Plans, and by amending the City of Pittsburgh Zoning Map by

2014-1122 Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Chapter
902.01.D, by adding SP-11, Lower Hill; Article IV, Chapter 909.01, SP, Specially
Planned District by creating a new district to be identified as "SP-11 Lower Hill
Planned Development District" including rules and regulations, and modifications to
requirements of all SP districts; Article IV, 914.04 by adding the SP-11 District to the
table of Parking Exempt Areas; Article VII, Chapter 922, to eliminate the minimum size
requirement for Final Land Development Plans, and by amending the City of Pittsburgh
Zoning Map by changing from GT-E, Golden Triangle Subdistrict E, to SP-11/Lower
Hill a property approximately 42 acres consisting of the former Civic Arena site that is
