Community and Economic Development to receive funding in the amount of One
Million, Five Hundred and Ninety Thousand Dollars ($1,590,000.00) to be used for
the design and construction of the new Frick Environmental Center and further
authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to
enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy to permit
it to use these grant fund for this purpose.
