hereby declare Tuesday, May 5, 2015, to be “Walk for a Healthy Community
Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

Pittsburgh, supports our Nepali and Bhutanese neighbors during this difficult
time, and encourages concerned citizens to donate to these remarkable
organizations; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh
does hereby declare May 5, 2015, to be “Nepali Earthquake Relief Giving
Day” in the City of Pittsburgh and encourages all neighbors to contribute to
the relief of those who are suffering.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does
hereby proclaim Saturday, May 9, 2015, to be “Hearts in the Park Walk Day” in

adding City funding to cover certain expenses and to extend the term of the
Cooperation Agreement for an additional term of up to three years.

of the costs thereof”, by transferring $20,000 from District 6 Neighborhood Initiative to
the Hill District CDC in Council District 6 Neighborhood Needs. Total cost of all
projects is not to exceed $130,802.79
