Pittsburgh does hereby recognize Carol “Dearheart” Pascuzzi for her depth of
spirit, dedication to hard work, and continued and everlasting commitment to food,
family, and community; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does
hereby declare May 18th, 2015, “Carol ‘Dearheart’ Pascuzzi Day” in the City of
Pittsburgh.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh
declares May 18 through May 24 as “Emergency Medical Services Week” in the
City of Pittsburgh.

does hereby recognize the Carriage House Children’s Center for 40 years of
providing the highest-quality child care to Pittsburgh children and their families and for
their contribution to the Squirrel Hill community; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does
hereby declare May 16th, 2015, to be “Carriage House Children’s Center Day” in
the City of Pittsburgh.

Dubner for receiving the Mermelstein Award for his leadership and dedication at the
agency’s Annual Meeting; and,

existing Cooperation Agreement for Program Administration Assistance with the

adding City funding to cover certain expenses and to extend the term of the
Cooperation Agreement for an additional term of up to three years.
