2015-2143 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that it is the will of the Council of the City
of Pittsburgh to urge our state legislators to act bravely and save our communities
from gun violence by supporting or co-sponsoring HB 1010;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh calls
on our state legislators to act heroically in the face of continuing carnage from gun
violence in our cities and towns, and to support sensible and life-saving legislation for
the sake of our families and our children.

2015-2144 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Pittsburgh hereby
recognizes and commends the continued commitment of Rebuilding Together
Pittsburgh to improving the quality of life of residents across the City through its
support of homeowners; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Pittsburgh hereby declares
Friday, October 23, 2015 to be “REBUILDING TOGETHER PITTSBURGH
DAY” in the City of Pittsburgh.

2015-2145 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of

Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, and does hereby declare October 18, 2015 to
be “Dr. Vincent K. Campbell Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

hereby declare October 20, 2015 to be “Raymond ‘Cape May Ray’ Carmack Day”
in the City of Pittsburgh.
