BURGESS PRESENTS: 2016-0071 Resolution amending Resolution Enactment Number 271, effective May 5, 2014, providing for an agreement or agreements for the Department of Innovation & Performance to include upgrades to the City's existing public safety systems for a sum not to exceed $200,000 and for the payment of the costs thereof; said amendment to extend the term from December 31, 2015 to December 31, 2106 and to allocate funds from a new JDE # to provide for the same. In the event the grant is awarded to the City of Pittsburgh, the 2017 Capital Budget would provide the remaining one hundred and seventy-five thousand, one hundred and sixty-four dollars ($175,164).
