hereby proclaim March 15th, 2016 as “Brianna Parker Day” in the City of
Pittsburgh.

to accept grant funds from The Heinz Endowments to use for the procurement of
necessary staff and tools to support the Regional Data Center and to advance
collection, analysis and dissemination of public data for multi-sector, data-driven
decision making and further authorizing the Mayor and the Chief & Director of
Innovation and Performance to amend the current Cooperation and Project
Agreement for the Creation and Operation of the Regional Data Center with the
County and the University of Pittsburgh to add Heinz grant funding to increase the
amount of compensation and scope of work relating to University of Pittsburgh’s
creation and operation of the Regional Data Center.
