Pittsburgh hereby proclaims the City of Pittsburgh to be a Purple Heart City, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council hereby declares Wednesday,
June 1, 2016, to be “Purple Heart City Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

agreements with Cartegraph Systems, Inc. that will permit the City to continue
licensing application software and to purchase associated subscription, maintenance,
cloud hosting, and professional services. The total cost over three years for
2016-2018 shall not exceed $471,850.00.
