PROCLAMATIONS 2016-0733 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare the month of November, 2013 to be National Epilepsy Awareness Month in the City of Pittsburgh, and do recognize the role that the Epilepsy Foundation for Western Pennsylvania City of Pittsburgh Epilepsy have played a role in raising awareness about Epilepsy in the City of Pittsburgh. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, August 30, 2016, to be “Nurse Family Partnership Allegheny Day” in the City of Pittsburgh. Total cost will be a one-time payment not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000) plus a 32.4% contingency fee of all revenue that MuniServices individually brings in to the City that tax year. This contingency fee is a one-time finder’s fee for each new account and will not be applied to following years. Read and referred to the Committee on Finance and Law 2016-0723 Resolution providing for the creation of an escrow trust fund for the Three Taxing Bodies Property Escrow Account and setting conditions for the deposit and expenditure of such funds.
