Total cost will be a one-time payment not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000) plus a 32.4% contingency fee of all revenue that MuniServices individually brings in to the City that tax year. This contingency fee is a one-time finder’s fee for each new account and will not be applied to following years. A motion was made that this matter be Passed Finally.
