PROCLAMATIONS 2016-0774 NOW, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby recognize the remarkable accomplishments of Dr. Freddie Fu as one of the world’s foremost experts in sports medicine and as a committed Pittsburgh resident and philanthropist; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, September 13th to be “Dr. Freddie Fu Day” in the City of Pittsburgh. A motion was made that this matter be Read, Received and Filed. The motion carried. 2016-0664 Ordinance amending the City Code at Title One: Administrative, Article III: Organization, Chapter 111: Departments Generally, so as to update the code to reflect current practices and processes. Total cost will be a one-time payment not to exceed Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000) plus a 32.4% contingency fee of all revenue that MuniServices individually brings in to the City that tax year. This contingency fee is a one-time finder’s fee for each new account and will not be applied to following years. A motion was made that this matter be Passed Finally.
