Said increase is designed to ensure that the Witness Protection Program has enough operating funds available to function efficiently while the Bureau of Police prepares for its next drawdown. Said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts or expenditures shall not exceed $2,844,995.00, by increasing the project allocation to $3,789,259.00.
