ranger team and further providing for agreements and expenditures not to exceed
seven hundred thousand ($700,000) dollars for this stated purpose.

Twenty Four Dollars and No Cents ($1,249,024.00), with additional future capital
funding dependent upon Council approval in the amount of Three Million Eight
Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($3,800,000.00) for an overall amount not
to exceed Five Million Forty Nine Thousand Twenty Four Dollars and No Cents
($5,049,024.00).
