hereby declare September 19, 2017 to be “Pittsburgh Cares 25th Anniversary
Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

hereby declare Saturday, September 23, 2017, to be “Val Pawlos Day” in the City

Safety, Police Traffic Services Grant, for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the

regulatory authorities to ensure the financial transparency of the City.
