creation of Financial Empowerment Centers Fund within the City of Pittsburgh and
further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed $20,000 dollars
for this stated purpose.

agreement no. C000051736 in full and final settlement of a claim made by the

litigation pertaining to police matters, the payment schedule of said amount to occur in
three phases as follows: (i) $2 million to be paid in 2018 after approval of this
Resolution; (ii) $2 million to be paid in 2019; and (iii) $1.5 million to be paid in 2020.

(PROW) agreements. MuniServices will receive a contingency fee of 28% of all new
revenue collected as a result of the audits.
