Read and referred to the Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs COUNCILWOMAN THERESA KAIL-SMITH PRESENTS: 2018-0136 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh to apply for grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC) to make ADA compliant and other updates to the Allegheny Landing Park located on the North Shore of the City of Pittsburgh. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
