In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIFTEEN MILLION ($15,000,000.000) dollars for this stated purpose. The contribution of the City of Pittsburgh is not to exceed FOUR MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($4,500,000) dollars over the life of the grant for this purpose.
