DANIEL LAVELLE PRESENTS: 2019-1443 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an Amended Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Freedom Indeed LLC/Reverend Cornell Jones for continued professional services as a Multi-Strategy Coordinator. These services are in regards to the National Initiative for Building Community Trust and Justice and the City’s grant agreement with the Department of Justice Office of Justice Programs Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, as previously authorized by Resolution No. 398 of 2016, at a total cost not to exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($15,000.00). Said Amended Agreement(s) shall be extended for a period of three months, bringing the overall value of the Amended Agreement to $135,000, with the previous $120,000 funded from said grant, while the City issues a new RFP for the same services later in 2019.
