by amending the schedule of exemptions in Section 265.03 as such schedule applies
to properties located within the Lower Hill District (as hereafter defined).
A motion was made that this matter be Affirmatively Recommended. The motion

2015-1271 Ordinance amending and supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal;
Article IX, Property Taxes; Section 267, Exemptions for Industrial and Commercial
Improvements by amending the schedule of exemptions in Section 267.03 as such

Licensing, by adding Article X Rental of Residential Housing, Chapter 781 Residential
Housing Rental Permit Program to provide for the registration of rental housing
located within the City of Pittsburgh and to provide penalties for violation.
